We systematically design and implement functional data warehouse (DWH) enhancements for Komerční banka. Beyond standard BI services, we've developed a new information management strategy for the Global Competence Centre unit. Additionaly, we provide Komerční banka with our Dawiso platform, enabling the management of metadata from over 170,000 DWH tables, hundreds of reports, and thousands of terms across various dictionaries—all in one centralised location.

We successfully deployed a Big Data integration platform for one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. After years of using a robust yet aging system, ČEZ entrusted us with migrating its documentation to a modern platform. We ensured rapid and complete data transfer while adhering to strict security protocols by deploying Dawiso “on-premises” within ČEZ’s IT network. Our delivery covered user training, smooth implementation, and continued support.

At Stora Enso, we were entrusted with implementing and managing WhereScape to ensure seamless integration within the complex environment of a large multinational company. We established best practices, designed the structure and functionality of the data warehouse, and have continuously supported its long-term development through necessary updates and ongoing system improvements.

As a trusted long-term partner in strategic information management planning, we’ve supported Kooperativa in setting up effective BI development processes and, more recently, in implementing a new data portal. Powered by our proprietary Dawiso platform, this portal serves as a central hub for all data-related information.

In 2019, UD4D began a long-term cooperation on a new corporate data system project, leveraging modern technologies and methodologies. Our primary role involves setting up the environment and establishing best practices for development and automation using WhereScape tools. We also design the architecture based on the DataVault methodology and actively contribute to the development of numerous data products.

In an international BI project, our role was to establish a new development framework for seamless data transformation between DWH and design an integrated data quality framework that addresses both technical and procedural needs.

By analysing top management’s needs and the state of BI & DWH, we proposed alternative recommendations focused on long-term sustainability and reducing TCO. These formed the basis for an approved BI & DWH strategy. For Generali, we migrated their reporting solution to a new platform, established methodologies and best practices, optimised processes, and developed enhanced reports.

We provide expert advisory services to multiple entities within the BNP Paribas financial group on development automation using WhereScape. We actively contribute to the development of large-scale data solutions, both at the group and local levels. Additionally, we are involved in integrating new data sources, designing their integration, and successful delivery to end customers.
