We focus on your professional experience to date. For students and recent graduates, we also take into account relevant projects, diploma thesis, or internships.

A brief video call allows us to asses if we're a good fit and ensures we're on the same page. We'll also address any questions you have and discuss any additional details.

We'll invite you for an in-person meeting with the project manager to discuss the position you're applying for, your expectations, and your experience.
