In accordance with the Act on transformations of commercial companies and cooperatives, we would like to inform you that, based on the transformation project with the decisive date of January 1, 2025, a portion of the assets of UD4D s.r.o. is being separated and transferred to successor companies, UD4D Investment s.r.o. and Beyond Horizon s.r.o.

This division does not result in the dissolution or termination of UD4D s.r.o. Both successor companies will assume the universal legal succession of the spun-off assets.

The spin-off merger project, as well as the notice to creditors, employees, and shareholders regarding their rights, has been duly filed in the Commercial Register.
