Which data do we process?

UD4D, s.r.o., registered address: Verdiho 671/19, 149 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic, registered in the commercial register maintained by Prague City Court, section C, file ref. 212185, processes the following personal data for the purpose of recruiting new employees pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation):

  • Name
  • Surname
  • Email and/or
  • Phone number

We process the above data for all applicants, as they serve for their unambiguous identification. Furthermore, we process information that applicants give in their CVs, at their own discretion. The list of such information cannot be unambiguously limited, as they may vary from one applicant to another. Generally speaking, the following data are usually processed: name and surname, title, date of birth, photo, email, phone number, area of activity, practice, education, nationality, language skills, courses completed, training and certificates, knowledge and skills, personal interests.

For what purpose and for how long do we process data?

We process the personal data specified above for the purpose of recruiting new employees for UD4D, s.r.o., i.e. for example, for telephone interviews, sending an invitation to an interview, sending notification of the result of a selection procedure. We keep the data for the duration of the selection procedure. If an applicant gives his or her consent, we keep personal information for one year in case the applicant’s profile matches another, newly opened position.

How do we protect personal data?

At UD4D, s.r.o. we have security and control mechanisms in place to ensure maximum possible data protection. We have set up user access control and a rights and roles management system to protect your data from unauthorised access. All persons who come into contact with applicants’ personal data in the course of performing their work or contractual duties are bound by a statutory or contractual confidentiality obligation.

The processing of personal data is performed only by UD4D, s.r.o., i.e. the controller of the personal data.

Your control and information rights

Please note that under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:

  • ask us for information about which of your personal data we process,
  • ask us for an explanation regarding the processing of personal data,
  • request access to such data and to have them updated or rectified,
  • ask us to erase such personal data,
  • contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection if you have any doubts about compliance with data processing obligations.
